Another tourist attraction may be found in the Festivities surrounding the traditional Islamic Festival of Curban (Korban) and other islamic Festivals. The Tajiks, the Kazaks, the Hui and all other Islamic ethnic minorities celebrate religious the Corban Festival with fervor. Celebrations in Kashgar and Urumqi are however bigger and possibly more interesting.
