At the crossing of Baiyin Road and Zhongshan Road. There is a great beef noodle restaurant just uphill along this narrow road. A great place for a stop over and an impression of the less impressive suburbs, the 'hutong' if you will of Lanzhou, reminders of bygone days from before the population boom and the rampant construction that occured since the turn of the millenium.
